With regard to users who are not residents of Israel – use of the Website constitutes your explicit consent to the jurisdiction and applicability of the law as stated above, even if other laws may apply according to international choice of law rules.
These Terms of Use were written in Hebrew. If a version is translated into another language, it is clarified that the Hebrew version is the binding text, and in case of any discrepancy between the Hebrew version and the translated version, the provisions of the Hebrew text shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by a competent authority to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed replaced by a lawful and enforceable provision that closely matches the purpose of the original provision, and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
